All orders are shipped USPS. Ground shipping is free on orders of full-priced items over $500. Shipping fees will apply to orders under $500 and/or sale items.
For international orders, unless otherwise requested, tracking will not be provided. If you wish to track your shipment, an additional charge will be incurred. To request an international tracking number, send an email to email@example.com at the time of purchase with your order number included.
Processing shipments typically take 2-3 days. Please contact us for further inquiries.
We allow returns on full-priced merchandise within 7 days of delivery, and exchange/store credit on items within 10 days of delivery. Items which have been worn, washed, or do not have the original tags still attached are not eligible for return/refund.
If you wish to request a refund or return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the appropriate time period. Requests which fall outside of this period may not be eligible for a return/refund.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors such as stock or pricing, in which case you will receive a full refund of the payment amount.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items which have been worn, cleaned or do not have original tags attached will not be eligible for exchange. In the event that we are out of stock of the requested replacement item you may be eligible for store credit.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items do not qualify for exchange.
