Returns and Refunds
We allow returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items which have been worn, washed, or do not have the original tags still attached are not eligible for return/refund.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
If you wish to request a refund or return an item, please contact email@example.com within the appropriate time period. Requests which fall outside of this period may not be eligible for a return/refund.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors such as stock or pricing, in which case you will receive a full refund of the payment amount.
In order to exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your item. Items which have been worn, cleaned or do not have original tags attached will not be eligible for exchange. In the event that we are out of stock of the requested replacement item you may be eligible for store credit.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items do not qualify for exchange.
